Minimum
Stay:
Excluding the following exceptions, the minimum stay
at "La Viña" is two nights. The periods
excluded are: at Christmas and Easter (3-4 nights) and
from 1 July to 15 September (7 nights). The houses are
ready by 16.00 on the day of your arrival, and must
be vacated by 12.00 on the day of your departure. If
there is no adjacent booking, different times can be
agreed upon request.
Prices:
The prices published on the webpage entitled "Prices"
are valid until the 31st of December 2.006.
The listed number of inhabitants for the houses may
not be exceeded at any time.
A deposit of 90 Euro must be left at the start of
your stay in case of accidents. This will be refunded
in full if no breakages occur.
Included
in the price:
- The stay in and full use of the house selected,
including most of the items mentioned in the introduction,
and a normal use of electricity, water and gas.
- Stays of more than one week also include bed linen,
towels and all cleaning costs.
- Use of the barbeque.
Things
not included in the price:
- Wood for the fire (can be reserved)
- Use of the swimming pool (there is an additional
cost of 9/6 Euros per day and house)
- For stays up to and including a week, the bed linen
and towels can be reserved. The cost for having these
at hand is 6 Euro per person per week. It is at the
guests digression if they want to bring any of their
own items with them. In addition, if you do not want
to clean the house upon your departure, a cleaning
woman can be organised at a small cost, which will
be directly deducted from the deposit.
Means of payment:
- The confirmation of your reservation will be sent
as soon as the total amount is received.
